Questions

1 question is the same as 1 slide in the guided selling funnel.
A question can have 0 or more answers. If no answers are added to a question, a simple "Next" button is shown to the customer to go to the next step. This way it is possible to have an introductionary slide, or to add some extra information.

The question "title" can be filled in in the header part of the Question Card.

Description
The description is shown as text underneath the question.

Question type * Required

Answers

For each question, multiple possible answers can be defined.

The Answer configuration modal contains 3 tabs:

  • Availability: when to show or not show this option
  • Result: what to do when the answer gets chosen

Answer tab

The answer "title".

Description
Optionally more text can be shown in the answer option.

Image
An image can be added to the answer option.

Availability tab

Answer availability
In this field it is possible to select one or more answers from other questions in your funnel.
The answer will only be shown if the selected answers were chosen by the customer in previous questions. If no answers are selected (default) the answer will always be shown.

Result tab

Result type
No Action
The No Action result does not add a specific action to the funnel. However the answer can be used in the Availability tab of other questions, making it possible to create multiple 'trees' of possiblities.

Filter
The Filter result type is the most important result type. It defines how to filter the resulting product feed.
Using the same rules as the Dynamic Product Groups, it is possible to build very detailed filters for your products. In the end, all selected Filters will be combined to find the ideal product results.

Go to question
Using this result type it is possible to skip questions by directly going to another question upon chosing this answer.
